LIGHT overcomes the darkness and is what is needed most to illuminate the way forward when we face various troubles in life. TRUTH overcomes lies, it sets us free and instructs us how to live life with health and success. It underpins all that is good, insightful and is vital to creating a healthy heart, mind and spirit. LOVE is the purpose of our existence, it brings meaning to life and is the greatest gift. One of my most treasured life insights is that 'we are created by Love to love', with this purpose, I am dedicated to sharing Light, Truth and Love.

Light is also the meaning of my name 'Helen', and it rests securely in her heart that this is the purpose of my existence; to be a light of encouragement.

Helen is someone who values honesty, integrity and living a balanced life mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It is her deepest desire to be a beacon of light to encourage, instruct and revive people in need of healing, hope and freedom.
Helen is dedicated to coaching and counselling individuals, small groups and corporate teams in personal development and life skills. As a coach and counsellor, her practice draws from the full spectrum of training provided by Living Wisdom including an internship, Diploma of Counselling and extensive life experience.
After a vast array of experiences, Helen has come to find there are solutions to the challenges we face in life that truly prove adequate. She is here to share these with you and the freedom she has found by healing the core of the issue.
Personally, she has experienced the turmoils of trauma, domestic violence, abuse, depression, anxiety, suicide and brings true understanding to addressing these situations.
My journey led me to experience the immeasurable love of God, feel the awakening of His presence and know the illumination that His truth brings to the soul. It is through Truth that we come to understand who we are, why we are here and how to live life with fullness. The transformation I've experienced has shaped my hopes for others, to find their way to freedom. I feel truly blessed, humbled and honoured to partner with God and Living Wisdom mentors to bring you LIGHT·TRUTH·LOVE.
