This space is very versatile and practical, with a number of table sizes to create different seating arrangements, numerous breakout spaces and relaxed seating areas.

There is no place in Metro-Perth like it, this venue boasts a central location where the market currently offers a shortage. We've come to your rescue to provide a space intimate yet spacious enough for medium-sized gatherings.. say goodbye to bleak, cold, cramped and uninspiring boardrooms or venues.

Subi Space generously allows for 10-20 people, and ideally around 16 for workshops or seminars, which just so happens to be your perfect small-group size.

Cleaning:
We ask that you clean up after yourself, leaving the venue in the clean state you found it. If you would prefer to leave this for our cleaner, we'll organise this for a small cleaning fee of $50. Please note this fee is compulsory for events involving food & drink as this requires additional cleaning and kitchen supplies.
