Subi Space provides a professional, tranquil and warm learning environment that will increase the success of your event and the value of your offer. 

 This space is very versatile and practical, with a number of table sizes to create different seating arrangements, numerous breakout spaces and relaxed seating areas.

Subi Space generously allows for 10-20 people, and ideally around 16 for workshops or seminars, which just so happens to be your perfect small-group size.

Location:

Costs:

Sunday - Friday (minimum duration 4 hours)

4-7 Hours - $50 per/hour

8-12 Hours (full day) - $45 per/hour

Saturday (minimum duration 4 hours)

$55 per/hour

Multiple-Day Bookings - Get in touch for custom pricing!

Cleaning fee - $50

Availability:

24hours / 7 days a week

Cleaning:

We ask that you clean up after yourself, leaving the venue in the clean state you found it. If you would prefer to leave this for our cleaner, we'll organise this for a small cleaning fee of $50. Please note this fee is compulsory for events involving food & drink as this requires additional cleaning and kitchen supplies.

Intended use of venue:

We only host those intending to use the space for professional use, if you're looking for a party venue, please keep looking. :)
