Active counselling is a unique collaboration where the best of Coaching and Counselling meet together to offer you a casual-style, yet professional approach to improving your mental and emotional health. This "low key" style of coaching provides the same level of in-person support, advice and counsel that we offer in "counselling", in overcoming your personal challenges, without the formalities. Walking among the beautiful leafy & green gardens of Kings Park, we’ll talk through and work through whatever is most important to you. This session style provides a more relaxed setting, a less "daunting" introduction to counselling services, and more scope to experience the therapeutic influence of being outdoors (with potential to free up the mind, heart and body more). Session Duration: 50mins Inclusions: Resources as Needed (Excludes Personalised Notes) Counselling + Coaching Overview: Personal Coaching and Counselling are private one to one services adapting to your individual needs. Side by side I journey together with you to help you overcome life’s challenges and to become the best version of yourself possible. I'm dedicated to finding the solutions you personally need, coaching you with new skills and transitioning you into greater mental and emotional health, freedom and fulfilment in life.
